Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? We re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team and drive forward our people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. This is initially a 12 months FTC, covering the South region. Managing a small HR team, and working from home (with travel 2 days a week), you would be responsible for; Employee engagement Employee Relations Talent & performance management Change management and organisational development This is a high-impact role where you ll influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders while driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small HR team Drive engagement and retention initiatives Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases Lead senior management recruitment across the region Support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE, and M&A Champion communication and culture across the region Travel to sites when needed Attend key leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning What We re Looking For CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred) Proven HRBP experience, gained in a fast paced multisite environment - ideally healthcare Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal, previous management, coaching, and influencing skills Comfortable working remotely Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement Working Environment : This is a remote role. This is a regional role with travel across sites. You ll manage your own diary
