You will be responsible for managing the sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety and ensuring the units are handed to a high standard. The ideal candidate must have worked for a UK house builder and be able to work under pressure to timely deadlines. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
