Position: Contract Manager Location: Static site in the WC1 area of London Duration: Permanent Salary: From £50,000 to £60,000 plus package (subject to experience level) We are looking for an experienced Facilities Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position based on a large static site in London. This position will be working on a very prestigious site alongside other contract managers and a large number of engineers. The right person for this position will already have experience working as a Building Services/ Facilities Management Contract Manager. They will have experience managing static or van mobile engineers as well as running a multi million pound service contract. This service contract will be dealing with a large number of student accommodation buildings on this site as well as other commercial buildings. It would be a major bonus if this contract manager already has experience working on student accommodation buildings.
