Head of Recruitment More Driver Solutions Ltd is looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead and manage our recruitment function, ensuring recruitment activity converts into actual driver availability, placements and new starters. This role is not simply about generating applications or registrations. The focus is on controlling recruitment data, measuring conversion, managing the recruitment team effectively, and ensuring we are using all available databases, systems and candidate pools properly to bring suitable drivers through the process.
