If you're a Building Control Surveyor looking to move from statutory compliance and manage clients through the Gateway process, and enjoy the flexibility that comes with this job role, then you will thoroughly enjoy this role. This is a fully remote role. Building Control Consultant Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.
