An impressive client of ours in the FMCG sector is looking for a skilled Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Worcestershire. You play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products and information between the business and its customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain activities, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, maintaining excellent service levels, and supporting operational efficiency across the wider business. Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams, you will coordinate supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. Responsibilities will include monitoring order progress, resolving supply chain issues, maintaining customer inventory records, managing label production and artwork processes, supporting demand planning activities, and coordinating logistics and distribution requirements. You will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing timely updates on order status and stock availability, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational performance, and cost efficiency. You'll have an opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 2,500 in addition to your base salary. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am-5pm and will be office based.
