General Office Administration Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Support managers and colleagues with administrative tasks. Prepare spreadsheets, reports and documentation. Assist with general office organisation and day-to-day administration. Provide support to other departments when required. About You Previous experience within an Administration, Office Administration, Sales Administration or Purchasing Administration role. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system would be advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively. Positive, flexible and willing to help wherever needed. Team player with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
