The role will suit a qualified individual with specific passive fire industry experience About the role, including but not limited to: Manage all commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects from tender through to final account. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations. Provide accurate cost forecasting, cashflow projections, and monthly valuations. Assess, submit, and agree interim applications for payment and final accounts. Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients. Oversee procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures. Mentor and support junior commercial staff. About You, You will be a key member of the commercial team: Strong contractual knowledge (JCT/NEC and subcontract agreements). Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
