Understanding of underlying services that may utilise Wi-Fi. The ability to trace cabling from comms rooms and cabinets to AP socket, with the assistance of contract company support where appropriate. Good working knowledge of best practice approaches to stock management, building AP configs, testing and documenting for live service deployment. Maintaining accurate records in relation to the identification of existing AP units and install of new AP units generating new heat maps Work with installation contractors to survey, document installs, log issues/snags ultimately signing off their work after observation of the installs, reporting back to key project personnel when required.
