Responsibilities - To assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation. - To help maintain, clean, and use where necessary all kitchen equipment. - To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen areas in line with current EHO standards. - To help create and operate an efficient rota of kitchen staff and cover. - To apply the necessary practises and procedures to maintain food safety protocols. - To be responsible for the running of the kitchen, its staff, and facilities in the absence of the Head Chef. - The Head & Sous Chef is charged with the duty of overseeing all kitchen operations. Hours and Benefits The successful candidates will earn up to £32,500 for the Chef position, up to £43k for the Head Chef level- depending on experience. This position is 5 days a week every other weekend. 2 shift Patterns 6-2pm and 10-6pm with a degree of flexibility 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays.
