Embroidery Operative (Industrial) Neath £13.00PH Negotiable on experience The Company This well established organisation provide embroidery and printing services for the sporting community and retail sector. They are currently expanding and looking for an embroidery operative to join their busy operation based in Neath, Port Talbot. The Role This is a permanent full time position. You will work Monday - Friday from 08:00AM - 04:00PM a 37.5 hour week. During busy periods overtime is usually available for those who want it. You will be working on industrial multiheaded embroidery machines in a busy, fast paced environment. Duties will include: Skilled operation of embroidery machines at target run rate and rejection levels on a consistent basis Ability to effectively plan the most efficient use of machine capabilities. Maintain high level of detail and notes across production reports & job status. Processing orders according to customer requirements. Receiving orders inward, checking sizes & quantities effectively. Maintain quality control throughout the embroidery process. Follow machine maintenance schedule. Requirements The successful applicants will have the following skills, experience and qualities: Previous experience using industrial embroidery machinery is essential for this role Excellent manual dexterity / hand to eye co-ordination Ability to multitask Someone who works well in a fast paced / high energy environment Reliable with good time keeping and attendance In Return The company offer a solid basic salary and a 25% overtime allowance.
