This is a varied role supporting a diverse estate of more than 30 buildings and structures, including visitor facilities, offices, workshops, residential properties, and commercial tenancies. Reporting to the Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose, while supporting staff, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders across the estate. Key Duties Lead the delivery of statutory and mandatory building compliance across the estate. Take responsibility for key compliance areas including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, gas, electrical systems, DSEAR, and lifting equipment.
