As a Configuration & Change Lead you responsible for leading and managing aircraft changes across the Wing perimeter, from initial change request through to implementation and modification closure. Reporting to the Head of WB CM Wing & UK Operations, the successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure changes are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget across complex widebody aircraft programmes. Role: Configuration & Change Lead Pay: 40 per hour via Umbrella Company Location: Filton Contract: 11 Months Hours: Monday - Friday, 375hours per week Security Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities: Lead and manage aircraft configuration and modification changes across the Wing perimeter throughout the programme lifecycle. Drive Change Requests through the full change process, ensuring technical, cost, schedule and risk impacts are assessed and managed. Support Aircraft Risk Management (ARM) activities and material shortage/obsolescence management through AMCC Board participation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and team development.
