Key Responsibilities Set up, prove out, and operate multi-axis CNC machines. Manufacture components to engineering drawings, meeting dimensional and surface finish requirements. Conduct first-off and stage inspections to ensure quality standards. Organise tooling and materials to meet production requirements. Collaborate with engineers and management to optimise machine efficiency. Work safely and efficiently to H&S standards. Skills & Experience Strong experience with Mazatrol Smooth (preferred) and/or Fanuc systems. Skilled in multi-spindle or sliding head machines (Mazak or Star preferred). Manufacturing experience in a precision, high-tolerance environment. Comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings and using precision measuring equipment. Pride in your work, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with a proactive, safe approach to work.
