Shift Pattern, rotating 3 shifts, Mornings, Afternoons and Nights- 8 hour shifts. What You Will Do: - Safely and efficiently set individual tooling on presses to required specifications, ensuring all safety checks are completed and compliant. - Exchange press tooling as per system instructions, maintaining precision and quality throughout. - Conduct thorough checks to ensure all guarding and emergency stops are operational during set-up. - Achieve high-quality first-off specifications before handing over to operators. - Maintain product quality during production runs and assist with additional departmental tasks as needed. - Support material handling to ensure presses are fully stocked and operational, contributing to a seamless workflow. What You Will Bring: - Previous manual press experience, with knowledge of press tooling or materials being highly desirable. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment. - Basic computer skills to record work times and ensure accurate data logging. - A proactive and communicative approach to teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, technicians, and supervisors. - A commitment to maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
