Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Maintenance 60,000 - 65,000 including car allowance Notting Hill Full-Time, permanent position We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Planned Maintenance and Voids refurbishment program throughout Notting Hill. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
