We are seeking an experienced and accredited Psychotherapist or Group Analyst to join a specialist therapeutic service in a senior clinical leadership capacity. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery and ongoing development of an accredited Therapeutic Community (TC) within a secure forensic environment. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will shape therapeutic culture, support staff development and ensure the delivery of high-quality interventions that promote rehabilitation, personal growth and meaningful behavioural change. The Opportunity As Clinical Lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership across the Therapeutic Community, ensuring the safe, effective and consistent delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions. You will oversee clinical governance, staff supervision, service quality and accreditation standards while working collaboratively with operational colleagues to support positive outcomes for residents.
