The concierge is the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and contractors. They must be professional in manner and appearance at all times and available to assist residents, visitors and contractors with any enquiries they may have in a positive, solution-oriented way. Exceptional customer service skills with excellent attention to detail with an uncompromising outlook to maintaining the highest standards is a must.
