Our Ideal Candidate should: Hold a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification (or equivalent). Either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. Have a minimum two years' experience working in social care. Adept in compiling risk assessments, weekly and monthly reports for both the home and the young people & Children. Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements. Passionate in working with young people who may demonstrate behaviours that challenge. Knowledge of children's home regulations and quality standards.
