Painter & Decorator - Temporary Role (Gallery/Museum Setting) Location: Central London Job Type: Temporary Hours: 40 hours per week Pay Rates: 23.00 per hour (Umbrella) OR 20.00 per hour (PAYE) We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our client on a temporary basis, working within a prestigious gallery/museum environment in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and presentation of a high-profile cultural venue, where attention to detail and a high-quality finish are essential. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out interior painting and decorating works to a high standard Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes with precision Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe Working in a sensitive environment, taking care to protect fixtures, fittings, and exhibits Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site Requirements: Proven experience as a painter and decorator Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach Experience working in commercial or heritage environments is desirable but not essential Additional Information: Full-time hours (40 per week) Temporary contract with immediate start available Work located in Central London with excellent transport links If you are an experienced Painter & Decorator looking for your next opportunity within a unique and prestigious setting, we would like to hear from you. CSCS Not required Our client are currently seeking skilled decorators for a 2-3 week pub refurbishment project in the Weymouth area starting on Monday 22nd June. This will consist of internal and external decorating.
