Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders. Experience leading or mentoring teams in a BI, analytics, or data engineering function. Preferred Experience Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering in a senior role. Experience delivering reporting and data solutions in large, complex environments. Exposure to sectors such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector would be beneficial. Experience supporting migration to Databricks or a modern data platform. Personal Attributes Hands-on and delivery-focused. Strong problem solver with attention to detail. Comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders. Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, proactive, and improvement-minded.
