THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.Monday to Friday, Hybrid working, up to 3 days at home.Temporary to permanent Customer Service role, Oxfordshire. Your new company Is a specialist solutions provider that supports large organisations in managing information from the external partners they work with. Their focus is on helping businesses operate with confidence by making it easier to gather, maintain, and review essential data about the companies they rely on. Your new role Will be to provide excellent customer service within a large, dynamic team. The role will involve making 40/50 calls per day of an outbound nature to customers to explain the benefits of the process they use and assisting them in areas such as renewing their subscription, registering for the first time and supporting them with a variety of services. You will also be expected to log and maintain accurate records, deal with queries and speak to customers regarding payments. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a graduate who is comfortable making outbound calls of circa 50 per day and who enjoys hitting targets and exceeding them. You will need to live locally in Oxford in order to attend the site for at least two days per week. Please also note this role is based in Oxford, with two days per week expected in the office.
