You do not need to be RICS accredited for this role, but the organisation does offer educational support for those looking to complete their APC. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role: You'll need to have a proven ability to drive projects in a successful and timely manner. Strong organisational skills. What you'll get in return The salary range for this role is £30,000-£50,000 dependent on experience. 21 days holiday (plus bank holiday) with a week off over Christmas.
