You will have responsibility for carrying out our online audits via a tablet and guide our chefs and front of house teams to achieve excellence in safety. Essential requirements: • Level 4 in Food Safety in catering or a higher qualification. • Some food safety auditing experience. • Hands-on, friendly and can communicate effectively • Able to work independently and pro-actively within guidelines. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Well-presented individual who takes pride in a professional appearance. Desirable requirements: • Some catering operations experience. • IOSH Managing Safely/ NEBOSH General Certificate or higher qualification or studying towards one of these qualifications. • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification.
