Flexibility is essential within this role. Day Shifts 1 day on, 2 days off (rolling rota) 07:30am - 10:30pm (15 hour shifts) Waking Night Shifts 2 nights on, 2 nights off (rolling rota) 10:00pm - 08:00am (10 hour shifts) Shift patterns may vary depending on the needs of the home and the young people we support.
