A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major highways programme across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project team on a significant civil engineering project, taking responsibility for key commercial activities from project delivery through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, maximising value recovery, administering NEC contracts, and ensuring strong commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
