Creation of templates, checklists and other materials used in the Development Assurance (DA) process. Creation, development and implementation of the Modification Impact Analysis process (ARP4754B Section 6), including detailed procedures, checklists, and templates. Regression analysis as part of the verification strategy. Strategy for reuse or modification of systems and equipment from other certified aircraft types. Evaluation of supplier activities. Integration of E(TSO) articles into the aircraft systems. Consideration of highly complex and integrated systems, with a focus on integration aspects. Providing training and support the implementation of Development Assurance (DA) processes within the company. Supporting PDT teams in adhering to the defined processes, offering clarification and guidance in day-to-day activities Supporting to CVE Panel 10 activities, including preparation for EASA P10 Meetings, Document Reviews, Pre- DAA, 2, 3,4 audits at aircraft, system and equipment level Qualifications Degree or HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Applications are also welcomed from individuals with significant demonstrable experience who don't hold formal qualifications Essential skills Pro-active engineers with a theoretical and practical engineering background. Have a proven track record of successful design assurance and verification activities within the aerospace industry. Engineering expertise across the engineering lifecycle V-Model or equivalent from initial concepts, requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification, Work collaboratively with the product and functional specialisms to deliver a cohesive solution for the client Desired skills Innovation and Problem Solving - to be able to analyse situations and identify solutions to problems or opportunities for improvement.
