IICT Field Support Engineer (Hoddesdon HQ + Site Travel) Company Car + Fuel Card We are currently recruiting for an ICT Field Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing firm. This role is split between office and field work, with approximately 50% of your time based in the Hoddesdon office and 50% travelling to sites across the South East. You will be responsible for supporting site setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple sites Support Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments Manage and support mobile devices using Intune Autopilot builds and device provisioning Configure and support Switches and Routers Deliver break/fix support across hardware, software, and network issues Administer users and permissions via Active Directory Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills and grow your career.
