Key responsibilities include: Support all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and service Support the running of key shifts and managing day-to-day kitchen operations Helping to manage stock effectively to control food margins and waste Championing Health & Safety and hygiene standards Collaborating on seasonal specials and menu creation using fresh, local produce As this is a hospitality-focused environment, flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential. Onsite accommodation may also be available, subject to availability. Skills & experience required: We are looking for a motivated and hands-on leader who can demonstrate: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable) Previous experience leading a busy kitchen as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager Strong understanding of financial KPIs and budget management Excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for fresh food and customer service A resilient and proactive approach Experience within leisure or high-volume hospitality environments would be highly advantageous.
