This is a fast-paced office-based coordination role where you will be the key link between clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams. The Role: As FM Works Coordinator / Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for keeping jobs, diaries, clients and documentation organised. You will be involved in scheduling works, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, updating job records, chasing progress, confirming access arrangements and supporting the compliance/documentation process before works are carried out. This role requires someone who is confident speaking with clients and engineers, able to manage several jobs at once, and comfortable working in a busy service coordination environment. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling planned, reactive and remedial works for mobile engineers and subcontractors. Managing engineer diaries to improve efficiency, reduce wasted travel and support response times. Booking appointments with clients and confirming access arrangements.
