Temporary Forklift Driver - Reach & Counterbalance Location: Hayes Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating 06:00-14:00 and 12:00-20:00 Contract: Temporary - Ongoing Start: IMMEDIATE Are you a certified Reach Forklift Driver ready for your next role? We're recruiting urgently for a well-established business in the Hayes area who need warehouse support ASAP. You'll be part of a dedicated and fast-moving team working across key operational areas including dispatch, inventory, and goods-in. Please note: This role requires physical fitness due to some heavy lifting and a valid Reach licence (Counterbalance is a bonus). Your Responsibilities Will Include: Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to safely move goods Loading and unloading deliveries with speed and accuracy Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Scanning items and updating internal systems Helping maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness Liaising with inventory and transport teams to ensure a smooth workflow Pitching in across teams when workloads shift You Will Need: A valid Reach licence (essential) Counterbalance licence or experience (preferred) Recent warehouse experience including manual handling Good computer literacy and scanning system familiarity A team-first attitude and flexible mindset Strong work ethic and reliability for early starts Why Apply?
