Requirements Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position within Grounds Maintenance or a similar industry Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude A full valid UK driving licence is essential PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage Why join us?
