Be responsible for completing property surveys including damp and mould inspections and diagnosis. Deliver high levels of resident satisfaction, ensuring effective communication and that works are meeting the groups legal standards, obligatory responsibilities Ensure programmes, projects and contractors are effectively managed and high-quality Asset management services provided. Ensure works are supervised and managed effectively and that the quality and cost of works carried out are controlled. Ensure works are delivered to a high standard and in line with statutory requirements and key performance indicators.
