Experience scheduling workers or coordinating shift patterns (e.g., engineers, warehouse staff). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Confident in managing relationships with clients and candidates. Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs. Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Desirable: Previous experience recruiting for logistics, engineering, or warehouse sectors. Experience working with temporary staffing solutions. Familiarity with the recruitment life-cycle from start to finish. The role provides proper goods reception, inspection, storage and material staging. Responsibilities Load and unload goods from lorries and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and Counterbalance trucks, in line with safety procedures. Pick pallets from racking and prepare orders accurately for internal use, customer collection, and dispatch. Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment via parcel or pallet, ensuring correct documentation. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods against delivery notes and quality standards. Manage stock control, including recording movements and maintaining accurate inventory in ERP system. Allocate and store goods efficiently, supporting production needs and smooth warehouse flow.
