These are used across multiple sectors including pet food, cosmetics, oleochemicals, sustainable aviation fuel and other biofuels. By doing so, they actively support a circular bioeconomy - reusing, recovering, and recycling resources that would otherwise go to waste. Key Responsibilities: Accurately prepare ingredients in line with production schedules and specifications Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor products for quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards Package finished products, apply correct labels and prepare for storage or dispatch Follow strict health & safety, quality, and hygiene procedures, including correct use of PPE Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean, sanitised, and well-organised Report any production issues, downtime, or equipment problems to supervisors Support wider site operations where required to ensure smooth production flow Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing ideal but not essential (full training provided) Able to commit to a 12-hour shift pattern (6am-6pm,including some weekends) Physically fit due to heavy lifting and manual handling being part of the role Willingness to work with raw meat and in environments with strong odours Comfortable working in cold or low-temperature conditions Flexibility as some rota shifts will fall on weekends Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Must be able to wear PPE at all times while on site (all PPE will be provided by the client) What's on Offer Competitive hourly rates and stable weekly hours (48 hours per week) Shift rota offering regular work-life balance Overtime opportunities available Full training and opportunities for career progression Long-term, secure employment with a supportive team environment If you are hardworking and motivated, with a desire for stable and long-term work in production, we would love to hear from you.
