Or, perhaps you're a recent graduate considering a career with education and are looking for a role that offers support and training? Tradewind Secondary is working with a number of well established and well managed schools in the Hemel Hempstead area who are looking for part time and full time cover supervisors to help on a supply basis. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and benefit from flexible shifts, ongoing roles and schools seeking the best cover staff to move onto teacher training. Lesson's are set, behaviour plans are established and distributed and pupils are respectful. Starting asap and required until the end of the Academic year (July 2026). For Cover Supervisors who impress in the right schools there will be potential for temp-to-perm opportunities including routes into teacher training. Applications from confident individuals with experience working with children or young people in other sectors, such as sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, or childcare are encouraged to apply. All applicants must be local to the Hemel area or willing and able to commute on a daily basis.
