IT Security Manager Location: Wembley - 5 days on-site Type: Permanent Salary: (phone number removed) per annum + permanent benefits We're partnered with a large organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and mature their cybersecurity function. This is a strategic and governance-focused role, sitting at the intersection of security operations, risk management, and data protection. You'll take ownership of security oversight, working closely with external security providers while ensuring internal teams are aligned to best practice frameworks and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Security Operations & Vendor Oversight Own and manage relationships with outsourced 24/7 SOC / MDR providers Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure proactive threat detection across cloud environments Manage security incident escalations and coordinate response activities across internal and external teams Drive value and accountability from third-party security partners Governance, Risk & Compliance Own and maintain the Information Security Policy, Cyber Risk Register, and Risk Appetite framework Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and relevant security standards Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) Focus on practical risk reduction aligned to business priorities Data Security & Transformation Lead the implementation of data security capabilities to discover, classify, and protect sensitive data Support broader digital and AI initiatives by ensuring robust data protection practices Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed security controls into platforms Stakeholder Engagement Translate complex technical risks and alerts into clear, business-facing insights for senior leadership Act as a trusted advisor to the IT Director and wider leadership team on cyber risk and resilience Ensure security policies are embedded into delivery through automated controls and best practice frameworks Skills & Experience Required Proven experience managing external MSSPs, SOC, or MDR providers Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and UK GDPR Experience maintaining enterprise-level risk registers and governance frameworks Familiarity with data security posture management (DSPM) tools and data classification platforms Good understanding of cloud security (Azure/AWS) and identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, MFA / Entra ID) Experience coordinating incident response across multiple stakeholders, including external forensic teams Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link security decisions to business outcomes Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risk into business impact

You will be responsible for the management and operation of premises-related functions including buildings & grounds maintenance, security, cleaning and lettings of our facilities. The successful candidate is expected to have good communication skills and be confident in using Microsoft office. Good knowledge of health & safety is required to ensure statutory premises checks are carried out and accurate records are maintained. The successful candidate will need to: Have an experienced trade in one or more of the disciplines of: Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Construction Have a good standard of DIY skills to undertake general maintenance and repairs. Network & Infrastructure Manager Location: Wembley - 5 days on-site Type: Permanent Salary: 70-90,000 per annum + permanent benefits About the Role We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation and modernisation programme. As part of this journey, we're seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Manager to play a critical role in stabilising and evolving core IT foundations. You will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 continuity across infrastructure and network services. You'll lead a skilled team, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in reducing technical debt, strengthening security posture, and introducing automation and operational guardrails. This is a hands-on leadership role offering a balance of BAU support, continuous improvement, and strategic input into platform evolution. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Stability Own and manage day-to-day operations across core infrastructure, including data centres, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and server environments Define, implement, and enforce robust SOPs for backups, disaster recovery, patch management, and hardware lifecycle Ensure reliable connectivity between legacy core systems and modern application platforms Oversee internal security monitoring and collaborate with external security partners (SOC/MDR) Lead incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and service restoration Leadership & Vendor Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure and network team Act as the primary point of contact for ISPs, vendors, and Managed Service Providers Manage infrastructure budgets, including hardware procurement and vendor spend Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure services with business needs Skills & Experience Required Proven experience (10+ years) in IT infrastructure management, ideally within a large-scale or complex environment Strong technical expertise across: Networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VPN) Windows and Linux server environments Virtualisation technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and associated services (Group Policy, DNS, Sites & Services) Experience managing technical teams and operating in high-pressure environments Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), including incident, problem, and change management processes Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira) and working within SLA-driven environments Familiarity with legacy systems connectivity (e.g., AS/400 / iSeries) is highly beneficial
