This business is dynamic and fast-paced, with daily fluctuations in market prices and product availability. Approximately 40% of trade is in haddock, with additional volumes in cod, coley, salmon, and other species. Role OverviewWe are seeking a multi-skilled, driven Trading & Purchasing Manager to join our early-start team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and costings.
