Mentor and support senior associates and supervisors to help them grow. About You . ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with at least 2 years' post qualification practice experience. . Proven ability to manage your own client portfolio independently. . Strong technical grounding-committed to staying up to date with professional standards. . Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. . Experienced with Xero; familiarity with Iris, Alpha, QuickBooks, and Sage 50 is a plus. . Technically savvy, self-motivated, and adaptable in new or evolving contexts. . Excellent people skills-team oriented and able to inspire junior staff. .
