Skills to succeed: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally within a contact centre or complaints-handling environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Competence in English and Mathematics: A minimum standard of proficiency in English and maths, equivalent to at least a basic secondary education level (e.g. GCSE Grade 4 (C) or equivalent).
