The Role: This role sits within our Sensor Systems Business Unit. We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to work on the manufacturing of electronic equipment, through assembly of mechanics and electronics in a small production unit. Your personal skills are important where we have high expectations in cooperation and communication within your team and organization. Main Duties: Electromechanical assembly and soldering. Read and understand technical documents for manufacturing purpose. Handling of documents and non conformancies according to stated processes. Contribute with continuous improvements within quality, delivery and cost. Take part in education and support of new employees. In a clear way be able to communicate status of ongoing work which you are responsible for. Skills and Experience: A social and good team player. 3+ years of relevant experience within electromechanical assembly or production. Manual soldering skills. Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written. High expectations regarding fine motor skills, endurance and accuracy.
