This company supplies to high-spec industries such as aerospace and defence and has made major investments in technology and infrastructure. Roles available include CNC Turning, Gear Cutting, Grinding, Lapping, Deburring, and more. You ll be joining a newly formed afternoon shift team and will receive full onboarding and training. What You ll Be Doing as a Machine Operative: Operate machines such as lathes, grinders, gear cutters or CNCs Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances Deliver quality output within production deadlines Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment Complete a 12-week training period on day shift (06 15 Mon Thu, Fri 06 00) before transitioning to afternoon shift What We re Looking For as a Machine Operative: Experience in machining: CNC, turning, milling, grinding, deburring, or gear cutting Comfortable working permanent afternoon shifts Willing to complete initial training on day shift Team player with a proactive mindset Right to work in the UK Ready for a long-term career in a high-tech, high-growth engineering environment?
