Datalink Performance & Data Analyst (SC Cleared) Location: Remote (UK-based) Rate: 700 per day (Inside IR35) Duration: 3 Years Travel: Occasional (Europe + rare US trips) Must be willing and eligible to go through the SC Clearance process Overview We're hiring a Datalink Performance & Data Analyst to support a leading aviation programme focused on performance monitoring and operational readiness across European datalink services. You'll play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence aviation network performance. Key Responsibilities Analyse datalink performance data using monitoring tools Identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues Support investigations with data-driven insights Contribute to performance monitoring frameworks Produce clear reporting and structured outputs Support operational readiness and seasonal preparedness activities Key Requirements Experience in: Data analysis, OR Performance monitoring within aviation/communications Understanding of datalink systems (ADS-C, CPDLC, VDL Mode 2) preferred Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience working with multiple stakeholders If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
