Assist with hands-on site activities where required to keep works progressing. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects. Previous experience working on heritage, listed, or conservation-sensitive buildings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of refurbishment, restoration, and fit-out works. SMSTS certification. Valid CSCS Card. First Aid at Work certification. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
