You will take an active part in rejuvenating, stewarding and growing our Corporate Giving programme, working collaboratively and creatively with the Senior Fundraising team to nurture our existing relationships, seek opportunities for cultivation and further engagement. Steward key relationships across our church & school network ensuring quick, thoughtful and organised communications Act as an ambassador (as well as support colleagues across the organisation), to plan and deliver, talks and presentations throughout the year to champion our work and encourage engagement Partnerships: Co-steward an existing Corporate portfolio who give through, sponsorships, events/ employee fundraising, challenge events, cause related marketing and donations. Identify and develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with organisations aligned with the charity's mission Develop employee engagement and fundraising opportunities with our corporate partners Strategy: Plan and deliver a year-round activity plan and fundraising strategy to support and grow a portfolio with a six-figure annual income target across multiple income streams. Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to secure an organisation-wide forecasted budget of £2+million Conduct an evaluation after each event, considering its successes, factors which could be improved and any recommendations moving forward. We are looking for someone who can think strategically whilst also be willing to 'roll up their sleeves' and deliver - someone who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively with their colleagues and volunteers, engaging with supporters and driving activity forward. Knowledge & Experience Proven experience and demonstrable success in community fundraising at manager level; securing income from a range of fundraising streams and delivering a range of activities. Job Title: Head of Young Peoples' Programmes Salary: £45,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time). The role is based around young people, so will entail some planned or occasional evening and weekend work. Contract: Permanent Accountable to: Chief Operating Officer Start Date: Summer 2026 Location: Based at 21 Winchester Road, Camden, London, NW3 3NR The Head of Young Peoples' Programmes will lead our work with, by and for young people, aged 11-25. They will design, develop and manage a portfolio of youth-focused initiatives. They are a critical part of the Winch Senior Management Team. Together, we work to create communities in which every child and young person can thrive. The Head of Young People's Programme will lead the Inspiring Inclusion initiative. This innovative multi-agency partnership aims to change the school system for Black and racially minoritised students in Camden. We have recently secured seven-year funding from Propel to advance our collective commitment. The Winch is the lead partner and accountable body. The Head of Young People's Programmes will be an experienced leader. They will have a track record of working with young people using strengths-based and participatory approaches, rooted in justice, equity and inclusion. They will have the skills to manage and develop high-performing teams. They will understand the importance of good systems and processes. As a result, they can improve the infrastructure that enables effective work with different communities. They will have nurtured team cultures that embrace and affirm learning and growth. Identify opportunities for better procurement • Ensure the clients achieves best value by supporting and where directed managing on specific exercises relating to the procurement of goods, services and works • Engage and support managers by providing guidance on technical procurement matters, including advising on appropriate procurement mechanisms, preparing tender documentation, undertaking tender evaluation including the pre-qualification of suppliers, checking contractual terms/conditions, interviewing, liaising and negotiating with potential suppliers, responding to procurement challenges and producing outcome reports for management, where applicable • Support the client in identifying opportunities through procurement routes to deliver savings, maximise income and deliver continued improvement through the use of its resources. • Promote the most efficient means of procurement activity • Ensure corporate adherence to best practice contract monitoring procedures to ensure that contractors are achieving and evidencing key tasks, outcomes and performance targets set by the clients and have the appropriate work programmes to support them. • Provide periodic reports to Operational Board Team and Senior Management Team outlining contract, procurement and monitoring activity, including financial and contractual performance aspects when directed by the Procurement Manager or Head of Legal and Democratic Services • Ensure the client is compliant with the law in relation to its public procurement activity • Work with the Procurement Manager and Senior Solicitor to ensure that there is a transparent register of contracts and a retendering work schedule covering all significant value transactions for all client activities. • Promote good administration throughout the client in respect of procurement and contract management. • Produce procurement and contract information to meet the requirements of the Transparency Code • When directed by the Procurement Manager, undertake the system owner role for the Delta e-procurement and contract management systems, including development, testing and implementation of upgrades, resolving queries and providing user training. • Undertake any other such other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head of Legal and Democratic Services Skills and Experience • Proven technical experience within public procurement, track record of delivering services across the whole organisation. • MCIPS (minimum level 4) or an equivalent professional qualification. Please note we will also accept those candidates who are working towards the minimum qualification requirement. • Sound working knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation within public procurement. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences. • Ability to translate technical concepts and provide specialist guidance and advice to others. • Up to date knowledge of external issues (legislative, regulatory, best practice standards etc.) that affect public procurement. • Delivery focussed, with the ability to prioritise and excellent organisational skills
