Key Responsibilities Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems. Electrical Duties: Carry out diagnostics and repairs on electrical plant, including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems. Mechanical Duties: Service and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs), pumps, valves, and associated pipework.
