Open new customer accounts and maintain accurate account records. Proactively collect overdue payments via telephone, email, and written correspondence. Proven experience managing a customer ledger and reducing aged debt. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. A methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
