This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales professional, but we're also keen to hear from ambitious individuals with a strong background in customer service, estate agency, retail or other sales environments who are looking to build a career within the new homes sector. The Role You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion, helping buyers find their perfect home while achieving sales targets. The role offers variety, with the opportunity to support more than one development across the local area when required. Responsibilities Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers. Conducting development and show home tours. Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to legal completion. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other third parties.
