I'm working with a mid-market PE firm who are in the process of carving out a c 300m turnover specialist manufacturing company. They're looking for someone to setup the tax function for that business. The role will be interim in the first instance, but can become permanent in the long term, should that be something you're interested in. They need someone with experience setting up an international tax function (specifically with relation to the US, and SE Asia if possible), in a PE/carve out setting. The interim role will largely be remote, though in the long run there will be a need for some office presence in NW England, and potentially some international travel. Vivid Resourcing are committed to equality of opportunity for all applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships or any other characteristic protected by law.
