Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and file management procedures. Experience using the Land Registry Portal. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional, client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel.
