However, if you would like something more long term and are open to temporary roles and you're flexible about when you work, we may have the role for you. Pay Rate: At Tradewind Recruitment, we recognise the value of our staff and offer competitive rates of pay. For the role of Finance Officer, depending on your experience and qualifications you can expect an hourly rate between 15- 17. Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Officer to support the Director of Finance in the day-to-day financial management of the College. This pivotal role will ensure compliance with financial regulations, support audit requirements, and manage key financial operations including payroll, budget monitoring, and monthly reporting.
